Description
Produce vibrant ID cards with efficient dual-sided printing using the Evolis Primacy 2 YMCKO-K Color Ribbon. Designed for Evolis Primacy 2 card printers, this six-panel ribbon (Yellow, Magenta, Cyan, Black, Overlay, and Black) enables full-color printing on the front of the card while allowing crisp monochrome text or barcodes to be printed on the reverse side.
The ribbon uses dye-sublimation technology for the color panels (YMC) to create photo-quality images and thermal transfer resin for sharp black printing (K). The overlay panel applies a protective layer to the front of the card to help extend durability, while the additional black panel allows economical black printing on the back without consuming color panels. Each ribbon provides up to 200 prints and is automatically recognized by the printer via RFID for quick and reliable installation.
