Print vibrant ID cards efficiently with the Evolis Primacy 2 / Zenius 2 1/2 YMCKO Color Ribbon. Designed for cards that include a photo or limited color area, this half-panel ribbon (Yellow, Magenta, Cyan, Black, and clear Overlay) allows high-quality color printing while reducing ribbon consumption compared to full-panel ribbons.
The half-panel YMCKO design is optimized for cards with small color coverage such as photo ID cards, where only part of the card requires color printing. The ribbon uses dye-sublimation technology for color panels (YMC) and thermal transfer resin for sharp black text (K), while the overlay panel applies a protective coating to help extend card durability. Each ribbon provides up to 400 prints and is automatically recognized by the printer via RFID for simple installation and reliable operation.
