We are unable to accept any return of items that have already been opened unless you have received pre-authorization from us. If accepted, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your credit. Please contact your sales representative for more information.

Most ID printers come with a standard two year warranty from the manufacturer, please see the manufacturers page for more details. Some manufacturers also offer a loaner program while your printer is being repaired. All parts and labor are covered through the warranty programs during the initial warranty period.
