Print high-quality dual-sided ID cards efficiently with the Evolis Primacy 1/2 YMCKO-KO Color Ribbon. Designed for cards with a color front and monochrome reverse, this ribbon combines a half-panel YMCKO ribbon for the front side with a black-and-overlay (KO) panel for the back side, making it ideal for photo ID cards with text or barcodes on the reverse.
The half-panel YMCKO (Yellow, Magenta, Cyan, Black, Overlay) is optimized for cards with limited color areas such as ID photos, reducing ribbon consumption and cost. The KO panel allows sharp black printing and applies a protective overlay on the back of the card in a single pass. Using dye-sublimation for color panels and thermal transfer resin for black printing, this ribbon delivers vivid images, crisp text, and durable card output. Each ribbon provides up to 250 prints and is automatically recognized by the printer via RFID for reliable setup.
