Designed for cards that include magnetic stripes or signature panels, this five-panel ribbon (Yellow, Magenta, Cyan, Black, and Inhibitor) enables high-quality color printing while preventing the retransfer film from covering specific areas of the card.
The YMCKI ribbon uses dye-sublimation technology for full-color image panels (YMC) and thermal transfer resin for sharp black text and barcodes (K). The special Inhibitor (I) panel prevents the retransfer film from being applied over magnetic stripes or signature panels, ensuring these functional areas remain fully usable after printing. Each ribbon delivers up to 400 prints and is optimized for Evolis Avansia retransfer printers to ensure consistent, professional card production.
