Zebra ZC100 photo ID system

Create single-sided, full-color photo IDs with the compact Zebra ZC100 direct-to-card printer. It prints at 300 dpi with a 100-card input hopper, 100-card output hopper and manual feed. USB 2.0 is standard; Ethernet and magnetic encoding are available only with the corresponding printer configuration.

The printer supports up to 150 full-color YMCKO cards per hour in batch printing. The included genuine Zebra 800100-150 YMCKO ribbon supplies up to 200 full-color prints with a black panel and clear overlay; a cleaning roller is supplied with the ribbon.

Supplies, photos and card design

The bundle includes 500 blank white CR80 PVC cards (30 mil, SKU 81754), a Logitech C920S Pro HD USB webcam (1080p/30 fps, autofocus and privacy shutter) for badge photos, and SoftBadge Creator Basic for card design, photo capture, an internal database and 1D barcodes. SoftBadge is the bundle software; CardStudio is not included with this printer.

A USB cable and power cord are supplied with the printer. Windows printer drivers are available from Zebra. The printer and printhead carry Zebra's three-year limited warranty.

• Zebra ZC100: Single-sided, direct-to-card color or monochrome printer; 300 dpi resolution and edge-to-edge printing on standard CR80 cards.
• Card handling: 100-card input and output hoppers for 30 mil cards, plus manual feed; accepts compatible 10–40 mil cards.
• Speed: Up to 150 full-color YMCKO or 700 monochrome cards per hour in USB batch printing; actual speed varies by setup.
• Connection and security: USB 2.0 standard, printer-to-host authentication and AES data encryption. Ethernet and magnetic stripe encoding apply only if selected in the printer configuration.
• Warranty: Three-year limited warranty on the printer and printhead.

Ribbon and cards

• Zebra 800100-150: One genuine YMCKO (yellow, magenta, cyan, black and clear overlay) color ribbon cartridge for up to 200 single-sided prints; includes a cleaning roller.
• 81754: 500 blank white CR80 PVC cards, 30 mil thick.

Photo capture and software

• Logitech C920S Pro HD webcam: USB camera with Full HD 1080p video at 30 fps, autofocus, automatic light correction and a privacy shutter for ID photo capture.
• SoftBadge Creator Basic: Card design software with templates, webcam/photo acquisition, internal record database and 1D barcodes. This bundle includes SoftBadge; Zebra CardStudio is not supplied with the printer.
