The IDP SMART-70 Series is a high-capacity, industrial-grade ID card system designed for organizations with large volume card issuance needs. Its modular architecture allows users to configure the system with printing, encoding, lamination, and high-capacity input/output hoppers.

This configuration includes single-sided printing with lamination and 500-card input and output hoppers, making it ideal for secure, high-volume card production environments. The system is built with a durable metal frame and advanced card handling technology to ensure reliable, scratch-free operation.

The SMART-70 features a no-tool upgrade design, allowing easy expansion or reconfiguration by technicians without downtime. High-capacity consumables and hoppers reduce reload frequency and improve productivity.

The integrated laminator provides direct heating lamination with up to 95% patch coverage, enhancing card durability and security. Laminating film capacity of up to 500 cards per roll matches the high-volume workflow.

Advanced security features include physical locks for cards and ribbons, Kensington lock support, and software-based authentication for controlled operation.
