The IDP SMART-70 Series is a high-performance, industrial-grade ID card system designed for organizations requiring reliable, high-volume card issuance. Built on a modular platform, the SMART-70 allows flexible configuration with printing, lamination, encoding, and various hopper options.

This configuration includes a single-sided printer, direct heating laminator, high-capacity 500-card input hopper, and a 100-card exit box (stacker). It is ideal for secure card production environments where durability and efficiency are critical, while maintaining a more compact output solution.

The system features a robust metal frame, precision card handling, and scratch-free technology to protect card surfaces during high-volume operation. Its no-tool upgrade design allows technicians to easily expand or modify the system as needs evolve.

The integrated laminator applies clear or holographic film using direct heating technology, providing enhanced card durability and security. With up to 95% coverage and fast processing speeds, it is well suited for ID cards that require long-term use.

High-capacity consumables and a 500-card input hopper reduce reload frequency, improving workflow efficiency. The 100-card exit box provides organized card output for batch processing environments.
