IDP Smart-81 Single Sided Retransfer ID Card System

The IDP SMART-81S is a single-sided retransfer ID card system built for organizations that need sharp, full-bleed card printing with fast startup and reliable daily operation. IDP Rapid Retransfer Printing (RRP) technology helps the printer reach print-ready status in seconds, reducing warm-up time for front desks, security offices, schools, and high-volume card programs.

The system produces crisp text, photos, barcodes, and detailed graphics using retransfer dye-sublimation printing with edge-to-edge coverage on compatible cards.

The SMART-81S supports 300 dpi or 600 dpi printing, automatic card feeding, USB and Ethernet connectivity, and optional encoding upgrades. Its 200-card capacity and security features make it a practical choice for employee IDs, student cards, access control credentials, membership cards, and technology cards.

Designed for PVC, composite PVC, PET, and PC card materials, this system is well suited for professional ID issuance programs that require consistent image quality and dependable card handling.
