High-Definition Reverse Transfer Printing
The HDP5000e produces some of the finest imagery available for ID card printing. This fine-tuned process takes a reverse image and prints it on the underside of HDP Film before fusing the film to the surface. The result is a vibrant image that pops. In addition the HDP5000e can print right up the edge of smart chips and over the edge of the card for a complete image. The HDP5000e has been updated which results in increased cards speeds that can print up to 150 cards per hour (YMC with transfer.)
With the understanding that the security of your employees and intellectual property matters, the HDP5000e offers a tamper-evident layer of HDP film between the card image and the world around it. That means if someone tries to peel apart the layers for the purpose of counterfeiting, the image basically destroys itself. Meanwhile, it also protects the image from daily wear and tear.
Modular Design for Flexibility and Ease of Printing
The HDP5000e has a modular design that allows for easy upgrades and modifications. This allows you to use various encoding options, as well as duplex printing and lamination.
The HDP5000e was engineered to ensure minimal downtime and maximum durability.
