This Fargo DTC1250e kit includes automatic dual-sided printing, an EZ YMCKO ribbon, 500 white PVC cards, Asure ID Solo 7 software, and a Logitech C920S Pro HD webcam. It suits employee credentials, student IDs, and membership cards that need more space than a single face allows.

Automatic Front-and-Back Printing

The printer turns cards internally, avoiding manual reloading to print the reverse. Its 300 dpi dye-sublimation and resin thermal transfer process combines color images with defined black text and barcodes. Edge-to-edge printing supports branded layouts, while 100-card input and up-to-100-card output hoppers accommodate batches of 30 mil cards.

Included Color Ribbon and Card Stock

The Fargo 045000 ribbon is rated for up to 250 single-sided YMCKO prints. Yellow, magenta, and cyan form the color image; resin black adds text, and a clear overlay covers the printed face. The cartridge includes a cleaning roller. Duplex yield depends on the panels used on each side. The kit contains 500 CR80 white PVC cards, each 30 mil thick.

Design Both Sides and Capture Photos

Asure ID Solo 7 is supplied by digital delivery for designing card layouts with photos, logos, text, and linear barcodes. It stores up to 200 cardholder records. The USB-connected C920S webcam features 1080p video at 30 fps, a glass lens, autofocus, automatic light correction, and a privacy shutter.

Performance for Your Chosen Layout

The published YMCKO speed is approximately 16 seconds for a single-sided color card. Printing both faces takes longer and depends on the design and driver settings. Color-changing status buttons and FARGO Workbench diagnostics help operators monitor printing and maintenance.

Connection, Accessories, and Warranty

USB 2.0 is standard; Ethernet and encoding are optional configurations. This kit includes a USB cable, driver and user guide CD, quick start guide, three cleaning cards, and US/international power cords. The printer and printhead have a three-year warranty. No encoder is included; a magnetic stripe encoder is available as an option. The supplied PVC cards have no magnetic stripe or smart chip.
