Products returned are subject to a restocking fee of 20%. If your shipment contents an incorrect or unwanted item, you may return it within 30 days of delivery of a refund of the item price less applicable restock fees.  We will refund the shipping and any handling fees if the return is a result of our error.

Unopened/Unused Items

• Product must be unopened/ unused and factory sealed.
• 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your credit.
• Software cannot be returned for any reason. Please contact our representatives with any presale software questions.

Opened Items

• We are unable to accept any return of the opened items.
